Preparedness Plan by the Unhidden Foundation (“uNHIdden”)
On 8 June 2026, uNHIdden published Preparing for Disclosure: A Public Health Framework for Paradigm-shifting Revelations – the first systematic public health preparedness framework for UAP/NHI disclosure. The report draws on established public health methodology to assess the potential population-scale psychological consequences of disclosure, and sets out a practical framework for preparedness. Whatever is disclosed – people matter.
A National Preparedness Framework for the Human Consequences of Disclosure by the Disclosure Foundation
The Disclosure Foundation recommends that the Administration establish a National Disclosure Preparedness Task Force to strengthen the nation’s psychological and societal readiness for the human consequences of UAP disclosure.
By presidential directive, the United States has entered the first stage of public disclosure concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena (“UAP”), yet the nation lacks a dedicated mechanism to prepare the public for the psychological, behavioral, and societal consequences that future disclosures may carry.
The Psychological Impact of UAP/NHI Disclosure by the Disclosure Foundation
Government agencies in several countries, including the United States, have acknowledged that UAP exist and that some incidents remain unexplained, and federal agencies have begun releasing previously classified records related to UAP and possible non-human intelligence (NHI). Public health authorities, however, have not yet formally addressed the psychological consequences such a disclosure could carry.
